Sometimes you gotta pause the mess to clean up your own. I had to take a step back from the mic, collect my thoughts, and really ask myself: how the hell do I get ahead in life when I’m stuck in the same cycle?

Life been lifin’. Sh*t got real. But they say you are what you dish out — and baby, I been serving tea so hot, I forgot to sip on my own healing. 💅🏽

It’s growth season. I’m choosing peace over petty. Distance over drama. And elevation over stagnation. My mindset, my location, even my circle… it all had to shift. 'Cause the old ways? They don’t fit this new version of me I’m building. 💔➡️💪🏽

So yeah… Nessa with the Tea took a break, but don’t get it twisted — I’m coming back clearer, realer, and even messier… but in a healed way. Stay tuned. 🍃
